This week Deanne is going to invite us into her kitchen
and open up her Breakfast Diaries...
For Today...
Sunday’s Breakfast:
· 1 tsp omega 3 fish oil
· 1 glass of lemon water
· Egg White scramble:
1 whole egg, 4 egg whites, ¼ cup black beans, scallions, 1 roma tomato, 2 cups of raw spinach. Sautee the onion and cooked black beans in 1 tsp of avocado oil, Combine your whole egg and your egg whites. Pour them into your nonstick pan. Add your tomato and spinach. Scramble until done.
