Hi everyone. Here is the weekly recap:
1.
There is a Saturday Workout, 8am at Tide Park in
Solana Beach. There are a few spots still open so grab one quickly if you
want to join us. Please see the “Parks Directions” Document for specific
instructions on how to get to Tide Park. We will meet at the top of the
stairs to grab ViPR’s and then head down. Please try to be there a little
before 8 so you get a ViPR.
2.
Don’t forget to turn in your week 3 Olympic
Scorecard by 10pm on Sunday. The medals are starting to really come in
now. Here are some of the fun raffle prizes: Polar Heart Rate Monitor,
Fit Deck Workout Cards and corresponding equipment, The Nuttzo Trilogy (peanut,
peanut free and chocolate), a coupon for a catered dessert from Something Homemade
(great for entertaining), A Fitness Journal for Spring, and a Smoothie Kit with
my favorite Superfoods, just to name a few.
3.
Our 10 Week Spring into Shape for Summer
Bootcamp Session starts in just 4 weeks. Recruit a friend new to Forever
Fit and you can both workout on the unlimited plan for $250 each.

Whether you recruit a new bootcamper or not, be
thinking about who you want to partner up with for our Spring Buddy
Challenge. The winners of this challenge will receive a fun and stylish
Summer Goodie Bag.
5.
Those of you working to earn a Forever Fit
workout shirt have 3 more weeks to meet the personal goal that you set with me
3 weeks ago. Don’t forget to use your Weekly Habit Report card to help
you stay on track. I will be sending you a new one on Monday.
