Each week check in with the team and let us know what that one thing is that you will give up or change in order to lose a pound. Or, is there a specific strategy, like Intermittent Fasting that you will be following?
For example, this week, I am giving up wine, except for one glass on Friday and one on Saturday.
Thats a tough thing to give up, Deanne! Im going to follow your lead with that sacrifice! Also, I will choose option 3 for this week. All protein and veggies! I already satisfied my need for carbs this weekend by eating a loaf of bread!!! UGH! Feel like junk! Hopefully, see you Monday!!!
ReplyDeleteVery impressive, Deanne! I'm going to save your strategy for next week. This week my strategy is to cut all of the sweet treats and starchy carbs from my diet. Definitely my greatest downfalls!
ReplyDeleteI am going to cut out sweet treats and soda this week. I am also kicking off the challenge with the 3 day juicing strategy to get this party started!
ReplyDeleteSince I normally eat after 7 pm, I'm going to use the intermittent fasting tool this week. Fasting for 12 hours will already be a stretch for me, so I'll start with 12 and possible increase next week.
ReplyDeleteI will cut out all sweet treats since I have been struggling since Halloween to do so!
ReplyDeleteI will do without processed carbs.
ReplyDeleteI am going to cut out sweet treats and do IF with nothing but herbal tea after 7 pm. Chocolate is my downfall!
ReplyDeleteI'm giving up soda and nibbling this week
ReplyDeleteNo Dairy for me so I don't consume cereal for an easy breakfast.
ReplyDeleteI will do the 3 day food cleanse and not nibble outside planned meals and snacks. --Keelia
ReplyDeleteAiming to plan all my meals each day and only allow myself to eat what I planned. Only deviation is 3 dinners out this week (not ideal) so going to try and eat v light on these days and avoid carbs on those meals out.
ReplyDeleteI'm giving up any post-dinner 'nibbles' (even healthy ones) and fast after 8p with herbal tea. Also trying to get at least 8hrs of sleep each night this week. Yeayy!
ReplyDeleteNo sweet treats for me this week! Stay back Inga with your awesome baking projects. I did love your beet brownies though!
ReplyDeleteNo processed foods + IF
ReplyDeleteThis week I am going to give up random snacking and only eat during set meal times.
ReplyDeleteThis week I will do the 3 day food cleanse, close the kitchen at 7pm and stop with sugary treats and peanut butter.
ReplyDeleteI am going to have no sweets/treats and the IMF. So excited have all the support to keep me on track!
ReplyDeleteWow, all really good goals! I've got to go out of town on business to a conference M-Th and will have to navigate around all the bad conf food - ugh. I will cut out all alcohol except for one drink on Fri. night and 1 on Saturday night (no wine for me, gives me a headache these days). I will try IMF and not eat before 9am or after 6 and since I'll be out of town most nights I will go to bed early!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to give up sweet treats and potato chips (my biggest weakness). It's going to be a tough week as I'm off on a 6 day road trip on Wednesday but really excited to have this challenge to keep me motivated and on track!!
ReplyDeleteIF for me this week and only protein, veggies and fats.
ReplyDeleteI'm starting the 3 day food cleanse tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to eat dinner by 6pm and do IF. I am also going to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day since I usually don't drink enough and my body confuses thirst with hunger.
ReplyDeleteIF!

Plan my meals. Avoid carbs (blood sugar allowing). IF. Drink water.
ReplyDeleteThe next time someone tells you that, run. Orthodox Jews in the world today are no more likely to be ethical and upstanding in business than pagan black plumbers who snort coke and swing on weekends.
