Thriving Bootcamper #10: Annie Golden!!

How long have you been a Forever Fitter?
 2 1/2 years
2.       What do you like most about Forever Fit
Deanne!  She keeps the workouts fun, interesting and always changing.  Never the same, never boring, always a new challenge.  The other aspect of FF that I love is the camaraderie.  Love the encouragement that is needed on some days as well as the healthy competition on other days.  It’s always a positive experience!  But the best part about FF is how I feel after a work-out!  It makes me feel like I have accomplished something important for me.
3.       Do you have a nickname? If yes, what is it?
I do not have a nickname.
4.       Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Minnesota.
5.       If you went to college, what school?
I recieved my undergraduate degree in Nursing from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
6.       What is (or was) your profession?
Nursing
7.       Do you have kids?  If so, how many and what are the genders and ages?
I have 3 boys.  They are 25, 17 and 9 years old.
8.       What hobbies or skills do you have (serious or funny)?
I love photography, gardening, reading and anything in the outdoors!  That’s why I love FF!  It’s all outdoors! 
9.       When it comes to your workout philosophy and demeanor, what animal would you compare yourself to and why?
A mule!  Hard worker but it ain’t pretty! And I don’t complain to much!
10.   What’s your biggest vice in life?
Good Wine!

I am a strong religious person and strong patriotic conservative!

That’s what I like about you!  Romantics!   (Feel good about myself!)
14.    Do you have any specific goals for the next 10 weeks?
Body fat back to 17% and have my husband go crazy for me!
15.   Do you have any specific goals for the next 10 years?
Instill good and positive life style values as well as those other values of allegiance to self reliance, God, family and country to my kids as well as those around me.  Lead by example.
