12 Minute Metabolic Blasting Body Weight Circuit

Do the following 6 exercises for 30 seconds each with 5 seconds between each one. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds:

Squat – up downs or Jump Squats
Push-up with reach through or push up into side plank
Side skates
Close grip push-up
Jumping Jacks with star jump on 4th jack
Cross body mountain climbers
