New Year Session Week 2 Recap

Another great week of weather and workouts. Here are some reminders as we head into week 3:
  • We have another ViPR workout at the beach tomorrow, July 18th.  Dog Beach. Make your reservations.
  • Our 50 Day Burpee and Get-Up Challenge Starts Monday.  We have 7 more shirts to give out.  The first seven people to email me will get to do the challenge
  • All body comp appointments are completed. Please refer to the Dietmaster link to see your results.
  • Our book club started this week. It's not too late to join in on this fascinating conversation.  The book for this session is Death By Food Pyramid by Denise Minger. Grab your copy this weekend.
  • Our Olympic Challenge will start in a little over a week. Complete your scorecards to receive medal points.  Every medal earned is a raffle ticket for our end of session prize drawings.
  • If you didn't meet your goal of weight maintenance during our Holiday Challenge, don't worry. You will get another chance to set goals this session and earn that shirt!
  • Yes, we will have bootcamp at 9:15 on Monday at Torrey Highlands Park. I know it's a holiday. Please feel free to bring your kids to play in the park while you workout.
