New Year Session Week 4 Recap

  1. We will be following the same Monday Mindset Meal Plan next week as we did in Week 1. For points on our Olympic Challenge, you can do this any day next week. We recommend Monday as a great way to kick off your week and get your head “in the game”.  We are repeating the meal plan to make it easier on you to collect medal points!
  2. There is a Saturday Workout. It will be a toning class with Sheila Peterson, 8am at Dog Beach. You can park right in front of the beach. Meters are not enforced until 9am. Please bring a towel.

  4. Our Olympic Challenge begins on Monday, February 3.  Look for your first scorecard by 10am on Sunday morning.  This is an individual challenge. We will be doing another buddy challenge for our Spring Session.  We have some fun prizes at the end of the session so I hope you will use this challenge as a way to fine tune your healthy lifestyle. 
  5.  I have asked some of you to turn in a goal sheet if you would like to earn a Forever Fit shirt at the end of this session. Those are due by this Sunday.  Don’t forget. I would love each and every one of you to have a workout shirt! 
  6.  If you earned a shirt during our Holiday Challenge but have not gotten yours yet, please send me an email and let me know.
  7.  Thank you to everyone for making reservations for your classes. This is so incredibly helpful to me!
