  1. Congrats to Tiffany, and the whole no sugar squad, good job ladies!! Don't you feel 1,000 times better than when we eat sugar. I do. I love how I feel and I am committed to keeping to no sugar as much as possible. I know with the holidays and so much family time coming up it will be hard but I keep repeating my new mantra, no food (not even Keely's) tastes as good as feeling healthy. I love the sugar snob comment and I will add myself to the list. It has to be really something for me to give in. By the way I did give in to Keely's Chocolate Souffle cake and it was so yummy but I couldn't even finish a very small piece so that's another bonus.

  2. I got sick tending grandkids since they were all sick. I miss bootcamps so much but have NO energy to exercise. It's not a good way to end the session. Sometimes life just gets in the way. Sherry Weeks

  5. It's hard to believe this session is wrapping up. For some reason I have lost some steam but still feeling much better from before we started this challenge. A few things I have learned and that I have incorporated into my lifestyle are 1. nothing tastes better than conquering the sugar habit 2. I enjoy my food and it is more satisfying when I sit down and take at least 15 minutes to eat it 3.tabata drills were harder to fit in my day than I thought.... :) Deanne, thanks for the challenge and for always helping us to learn and stretch ourselves in new ways! :)

  6. I have so enjoyed this session and the challenges and accountability that have come with it! You ladies are amazing. Unfortunately, I'm ending the week with Sherry. I couldn't exercise at all today, but also had no calories today and definitely didn't eat after 8...I guess there's always a bright side :-)

    This 10 week Challenge is feeling Really Long for me about now.....kinda getting bored with the food, even though it is good, it's ust not the same, BUT, since I love the way I look and feel, I need to keep this in my life, even when not in a Deanne Challenge. And those Tabata things....I know it will help me once I figure out how to make myself do them on my own! I love the rating your fullness after each meal or snack....this has really taught me how to listen to my body and NOT overeat! Thank you Deanne!
