5x5 Challenge Week 2!

One week under our belt and I hope everyone sees some progress on the scale tomorrow or Tuesday.  This week I will continue to hold off on all wine Monday through Thursday. I will also be adding another area for myself and that is no unplanned nibbling!  Please let us know what you will be working on.

  1. this week with no dinner parties (3 last week) I hope to have better control on what I eat. I can aiming to properly calorie count all my meals so I can really see what I'm eating and also no alcohol until Friday.

  5. My strategy this week is to try IF. I will also continue with no sweet treats and be mindful of my eating so that I can meet my daily calorie goal.

  7. My plan is to continue with IF and no wine until the weekend. Traveling to Connecticut Friday to celebrate my Aunt turning 90! Hope I have her longevity!

  8. I will use the 4:2:1 plan to work toward my goal. Kitchen closes at 7:30.

  10. No wine or any alcohol until Saturday night. I will drink more water and try to keep stress levels low.

  11. Continue with IF and decrease bread intake (no more than one slice/day). Travelled four days last week and every meal seemed to have bread!

  12. I had no wine all week. Did have Vodka drinks Friday - Sunday. I did like not drinking during the week. However, I think I really screwed myself with snacking over the weekend. UGH! This week I want to add an additional 30 minutes of cardio on my elliptical along with no drinking Monday - Thursday.

  13. Realized I do pretty well during the week. The weekends are my challenge. I think I gain and lose the same two pounds in the course of most weeks. Argh! Still need to find a strategy to combat this pattern. Will continue with IF and wil aim to eat three meals and two snacks each day.

  14. My strategy is to creat a meal plan and stick to it. I also need to be sure to include items that are healthy alternatives to satisfy sweet tooth.

  15. This week was both rewarding and challenging. After the first couple days which were pretty difficult due to some bad habits I created, I started to feel things get easier which was encouraging. This week I am going to continue eating meals instead of snacking throughout the day, no sodas, and will also prepare food for late evenings (instead of waiting until late to eat).

  16. I'm going to continue with no sweets or chips and this week I'm going to try no alcohol except for Saturday evening.

  17. No dairy, alcohol, or wheat. Following a metabolism fixing eating plan. 1 daily coffee (not 4) and lots of water.

  18. I will be doing the 3-day juice cleanse along with adding in an hour of cardio on non-bootcamp days.

  19. I will try to eat out less often this week and incorporate more veggies into my diet - 3x a day rather than the usual 1 meal a day.

  20. The next time someone tells you that, run. Orthodox Jews in the world today are no more likely to be ethical and upstanding in business than pagan black plumbers who snort coke and swing on weekends.
